The Process of Booking

There are some simple, basic steps for booking your mountain expedition or safari.
  1. Set a goal for what you want to experience. Do you want to hike Mt. Kilimanjaro, or do you want a safari? Or both?
  2. Look at the options available. The biggest decisions are about where to go and where to stay. We have luxury, standard and budget accommodations available.
  3. Choose a tour or itinerary you like. We have a set of "standard" tours—mountain expeditions and safaris. These are a good starting point for customizing the experience you want.
  4. Call us to discuss the options and ask questions. We will help you decide what is best for you and work out the experience you really want.
  5. Book your basic tour with a deposit. When you have most of the details worked out and are ready to set your trip dates, you give us a deposit that sets the planning and logistics into motion.
  6. Continue to speak with us to fine-tune your experience.

  • The most incredible adventure, with the most amazing people! Two women, aged 55 and 59, apprehensive of the gruelling journey, but hoping for bragging rights of reaching the top; we anticipated sacrificing all comfort to get there. Instead, we were blown away with the great lengths the team went through to, not only make us comfortable, but make us feel like royalty. Meals were better than I have had in 5-star restaurants. Although summit day was tough, the journey getting there will be what I remember best. I miss the team already!
